With over a Decade of Experience, the Jener-Mendoza Team is co-founded by Mike Jeneralczuk and Erick Mendoza. Both have enjoyed success at some of NYC’s top firms before moving the team to Real New York, in 2019. Mike focuses on New Development Leasing and Landlord Relations, while Erick oversees the Daily Operations and Leasing Activity.

Sebastien Aurelus joined in 2020, becoming an integral member of Portfolio Expansion and Retention.
